Controller was alright but maybe I just never got very good with that because I don't even own a console. It seems like a small thing (and it is in the grand scheme of things), but watching the red-streaked rumble motor rev up while driving down a busy road in Forza Horizon 5 highlights how nothing on this controller feels out of place; every detail matters. I’ve got it, and it renders FH5 completely unplayable… as in you cannot get through the opening race segment because the game will think the controller is disconnected and keep running while you wail on A to get it to realize that the controller is there, often spamming you with four or five connections in a row that you will clear about as fast as you can hit the button. Mine has stopped working several times mid play, and only we've gotten it to work again is by restarting the game.

Both my genuine Windows xbox controller and my PowerA controller both get disconnected immediately no matter which USB port I put them in, or rather, the game kicks them out, I have confirmed they are still connected within windows.There’s even a bit of pink on the visible rumble motor, a nice touch that makes the spinning action really pop through the plastic.

Having to use my mouse to navigate menus, I can only imagine having it on Xbox, games literally unplayable at that point. Its impossible to navigate in menu since right stick, left stick, arrows, triggers and buttons are overresponding. The wireless adapter is sitting at the edge of the computer desk (as I’m playing on a gaming PC) and is within a yard of the controller. Well, third-party accessory maker Thrustmaster has now produced its own FH5 Xbox controller, and it has a very unique feature. The car, especially, is a fantastic addition to anyone's car collection, and looks right at home on the Forza Horizon 5 car list.
