About this deal

In Chapter 3 of Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, the author shows you the key to becoming greater than your body: The human mind is a complex and multi-faceted entity that can be understood through the principles of quantum physics. By applying the concepts of quantum physics, we can break free from the habitual patterns of our thinking and behavior and create new ways of experiencing the world. Because the cat too is built of atoms. And that’s how quantum superposition works! The Potential You’ll Be That You’ll Never See You are not doomed by your genes and hardwired to be a certain way for the rest of your life. A new science is emerging that empowers all human beings to create the reality they choose. In Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, renowned author, speaker, researcher, and chiropractor Dr. Joe Dispenza combines the fields of quantum physics, neuroscience, brain chemistry, biology, and genetics to show you what is truly possible.

To be empowered—to be free, to be unlimited, to be creative, to be genius, to be divine—that is who you are…. Once you feel this way, memorize this feeling; remember this feeling. This is who you really are….” Basically Dispenza wastes much of your time explaining quantum physics incorrectly and then fictionally “reasons” some great mysteries of quantum physics away, with no evidence or reason at all. He’s hoping that he has beaten you into such a stupor regarding the average persons understanding that he can then slip this past you. He built on this fiction by then claiming that your strong thoughts and prayers can not only effect yourself and others, but even past and future events. To be clear, I do think that thoughts and desires can effect our own minds and bodies, that’s pretty much what self improvement or even self destruction are, but it won’t change things outside yourself (and even changing yourself is very hard, hence this entire genre). All potential experiences exist in the quantum field as a sea of infinite possibilities. When you change your electromagnetic signature to match one that already exists in the field, your body will be drawn to that event, you will move into a new line of time, or the event will find you in your new reality. In Chapter 10 of Joe Dispenza’s Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, he provides the first step of the meditative process: Change all begins with thinking: we can immediately form new neurological connections and circuits that reflect our new thoughts. Take control. Rather than waiting for an occasion to cause you to feel a certain way, create the feeling ahead of any experience in the physical realm; convince your body emotionally that a “gratitude-generating” experience has already taken place. Most of all I heard promise of it’s strong persuasive reasoning to get me to meditate in a more dedicated fashion. In addition, Dr. Dispenza introduces the concept of the "quantum observer" and how our consciousness can affect the behavior of subatomic particles. He suggests that this concept can be applied to our thoughts and emotions, as our consciousness can affect the behavior of our own neural pathways. True happiness has nothing to do with pleasure, because the reliance on feeling good from such intensely stimulating things only moves us further from real joy.” And what if you already know this way intuitively, and have already mastered it, but in the wrong departments? And it doesn't stop there. Your thoughts and emotions are also intimately connected to your physical state. Research has shown that stress, anxiety, and negative emotions can significantly impact your physical health. In contrast, positive thoughts and feelings can boost your immune system and improve your overall well-being. No wonder the placebo effect is so powerful; it highlights the role of our beliefs and expectations in shaping our physical outcomes.

Dr. Dispenza also discusses the importance of using calibrated questions to understand the motivations and interests of the other party in negotiation. By avoiding confrontational "why" questions and using more neutral "how" and "what" questions, we can build rapport and create a sense of partnership with the other party, ultimately leading to a more successful outcome. To break free from this pattern, Dr. Dispenza suggests becoming more aware of our thoughts and emotions, recognizing when the default mode network is active and choosing to engage the neocortex to make more rational decisions. He also advises incorporating physical movement and meditation to activate the cerebellum and create new neural pathways, ultimately breaking free from the habit of being ourselves. The greatest habit you will break is the habit of being yourself, and the greatest habit you will ever create is the practice of expressing the divine through you. That is when you inhabit your true nature and identity. It is to inhabit self.” Next Steps Now, be aware that becoming who you want to be doesn’t mean that you’ll end up being happy. There are people who have perfect lives and, yet, they struggle. According to Dispenza, the reason for this is because they are not exactly themselves.Dispenza grew up with an older brother who bullied him constantly and that created constant anxiety that followed him through life until he worked through it later in life. In Part I of Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, Joe Dispenza combines philosophical and scientific paradigms from the latest research about the nature of reality, who you are, why internal change is challenging for many, and what your potential could be. Chapter 1: The Quantum You Step 1: Induction – change your brain waves to prepare you to enter a state that is conducive to meditation using one of these techniques: You might have success breaking some habits, such as buying lunch every day or skipping the gym, on your own, with a bit of effort and dedication. Every time you experience a thought or emotion, it triggers a chain reaction of neural activity in your brain. As you continue to think and feel, your brain begins to wire itself in a pattern, creating neural pathways that define your beliefs and habits. Your brain is plastic, meaning it can adapt to new experiences and learning.
